On-line registration and payment must be done using Internet Explorer.

Please read carefully the notices below, and then click 'Register Now'.

Notice: Conference registration is required for all speakers. Speakers should not be allowed to cancel registration.

The conference fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions including keynote speech except tutorials
  • Reception
  • Banquet
  • Lunches for all conference days
  • One refreshment per every break
  • Congress kit (a final program, one hard copy of conference proceedings)

The tutorial fee includes:

  • Admission to half-day tutorial
  • One copy of all tutorial texts
  • One refreshment per break

Other notices:

  • An extra copy of the proceedings will be available for purchase at the conference site:
    Paper Form 50,000 won.
  • Extra banquet and reception tickets will be available at the conference site:
    60,000 won/banquet ticket
    40,000 won/reception ticket
  • No invitation letter is provided for attendees.
PAYMENT

All registration fees must be paid in Korean won by credit card or bank drafts.

Credit Card: The following credit cards will be accepted:

  • VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club

Bank Drafts: Print this form(doc, pdf) and FAX or send the form together with bank-in slip.

CHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND

If you want to change or add registered contents, please notify the RTCSA 2007 Secretariat by e-mail at hcjang@ssl.snu.ac.kr with your Registration ID# which was sent by e-mail when registered.

When written notification of cancellation is received by the conference secretariat by August 10, 2007, 60,000 won will be deducted from the fees paid to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after this date.
